be stimulating all the senses - sight, hearing, touch, and taste - with
a series of multi-media art exhibitions and events which they will run
during the Galway Arts Festival.

'The art of Enso, Engage, and Lorg Printmakers' - BY CHARLIE MCBRIDE
THREE YOUNG Galway-based artistic collectives, all of which have been
around for just over a year, are staging a series of exhibitions,
installations, and ancillary events throughout the Galway Arts
Festival, firmly staking their claim as key players in a burgeoning
local visual arts scene. The groups involved are Enso Live Art, Lorg
printmakers, and Engage Arts Studios and, over the next few weeks,
their work can be viewed in such diverse locations as City Hall, Hynes'
Car Park, and Ard Bia restaurant where an array of paintings,
photographs, prints, performances, and more, bear out the impressive
range of contributing talents.

Welcome to www.ensoart.com Enso are an artist led initiative based in Galway on the west coast of Ireland. Since the group was formed in Febuary 2004 Enso have been organising regular art events in Galway city. Enso @ the Black Box Theatre 26th April 2004 a one night event that exhibited works by 50 artists dancers and musicians and sold out to a crowd of 500. Enso @ Ard Bia Restaurant July 2004 exhibited artworks every night of the Galway Arts Festival. Enso returned to Ard Bia for Tulca Visual Art Season in November exhibiting artworks every Saturday night. Enso with the NUI Galway Arts Office during MUSCAILT 2005 and organised a show of contemporary video in the university gallery, a live art event in the Bank of Ireland Theatre, and various installation around unusual sites and locations on campus.
